How to Apply for a Wayleave

In order to guarantee a prompt reply from the Department, the correct procedure
need to be followed when applying for a wayleave. This procedure includes the
following compulsory steps:

1. Identify the type of wayleave you need to apply for:

a . Installation / relocation of services
b. Jackings / drillings
c. Intersections, accesses and road upgradings

2. Download the relevant brochure from the "Notice Board"
3. Follow the instructions as listed in the brochure
4. Submit the application
5. Keep track of the application by making use of the "Status Report" facility
provided by this website
